Pane Coccos' in Cetara

Cetara is located on the Amalfi coast, just 15 km from Amalfi and is also very close to Salerno and Vietri.

Its origins are those of a fishing village, consequently its economy has always been based on products such as anchovies and tuna.

The anchovies, specifically, come from near Amalfi coast, their fishing is carried out in the period of the year from March 25th to July 22nd.

They are the mother ingredient of "Colatura di alici" which, although it has a very ancient history, has a unique and original preparation right in Cetara.

Pane Coccos'  is specialized in the use of anchovy sauce in his dishes and in the production of preparations such as tuna Genovese and tuna Bolognese.
